When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and profile information via Clerk, our authentication provider. We do not store your password — Clerk handles authentication securely.

Order information

When you place an order we collect your brand name, product details, target platforms, campaign brief, and selected package. This information is necessary to deliver the service.

Communication data

Messages you send through the order dashboard are stored and associated with your order so our team can respond and track production progress.

Usage data

We may collect standard web analytics data such as pages visited and time on site. This data is aggregated and not linked to individual users.

How we use your information

• To create and manage your account
• To produce the campaign videos you have ordered
• To communicate with you about your order status
• To send transactional emails (order confirmations, status updates)
• To improve our service and resolve issues

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising purposes.

• Resend — transactional email delivery (privacy policy)

Each provider processes only the data necessary to perform their function and is bound by their own privacy policies.

Data retention

We retain your account and order data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days unless we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes.

• Request deletion of your account and associated data
