By accessing admeow.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and AdMeow.
AdMeow provides AI-assisted eCommerce campaign video production. You submit a brief and we produce video content for your marketing campaigns. The specific deliverables, timelines, and revisions included are defined by the package you select at checkout.
You must create an account to place an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
You may not share your account or use the service on behalf of a third party without their explicit authorisation.
Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. Prices are displayed at checkout and are in USD. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion — for example, if we determine the brief requests content that violates these terms.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the brief, brand assets, and any other materials you provide. By submitting a brief you confirm that you have the rights to use all brand assets, trademarks, and product imagery included.
You must not request content that:
Upon full payment and delivery of your order, you own the final video deliverables and may use them for any lawful commercial purpose including paid advertising.
AdMeow retains the right to use completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing before placing your order.
We retain ownership of our platform, tools, processes, and any proprietary AI workflows used in production.
The number of revision rounds included is defined by your selected package. Revisions outside this scope may be subject to additional charges. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to meet stated timelines but are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdMeow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or the video content we produce. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the service in a way that harms other users or AdMeow. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
